Standards for working with children and young people<\/h1>

The principles that guide us in working with children and young people in the "Przysta\u0144 i My\u015bl" therapy office.<\/p>

1. The child's well-being as a paramount value<\/h2>

All activities undertaken in the office are aimed at ensuring the child's safety, support and opportunities for development.<\/p>

The therapist undertakes to respect the individual needs, pace of development and boundaries of the child.<\/p>

2. Professionalism and competence<\/h2>

Therapies are conducted only by specialists with appropriate qualifications and experience in working with children and adolescents.<\/p>

Therapists ensure continuous professional development by participating in training, supervision and conferences.<\/p>

3. Cooperation with parents\/guardians<\/h2>

Therapists maintain constant contact with the child's caregivers, providing information about the course of therapy while maintaining confidentiality.<\/p>

Parents are treated as partners in the therapeutic process, with respect for their perspective and needs.<\/p>

4. Confidentiality and data protection<\/h2>

Information regarding the child and his or her family is confidential and is not disclosed to third parties without the consent of legal guardians (except in situations where health or life is at risk).<\/p>
